Hi, I'm Capri ! I am a rising senior double majoring in Social work and American sign language. I am so passionate about everything that Involves this chapter; this chapter has given me more than I could’ve ever ask for and it is only a fraction to give back and serve in this role. My love for phi mu goes beyond the words that I could think of and I’m so happy to be apart of such a powerful, welcoming and passionate sisterhood that changes lives daily.

Hi My name is India. I’m a senior here at McDaniel, majoring in Elementary Education. I joined Phi Mu is Spring 2020 and I have been in love with it ever since. In the chapter I have been the Phi Director, Diversity Equity and Inclusion Chairwoman and now I am the Vice President. In my spare time I love to paint, bake, and cook.

Criminal justice with a minor in forensics. Phi Mu has given me lifelong friendships and leadership opportunities I will always be thankful for. Being membership director has been such a rewarding role that gives me the opportunity to talk to so many amazing people!

Hailey Allen

Phi Director

Hi everyone, my name is Hailey Allen! I am a senior majoring in Social Work with a minor in Sociology. I have held a few positions within my time as a Phi Mu. However, I am most passionate about my current position which is being the Phi Director! I love being able to meet new sisters and help guide them along the new member process. I enjoy getting to help set them up for success. In which I am able to provide them with the proper tools, and resources so they can have a wonderful experience as a Phi Mu just like I have!

Director of Harm Reduction and Prevention

I’m Allie! Class of 2023, majoring in Kinesiology and minoring in Biology. I have held a few different leadership positions since joining the chapter spring of 2020 but DHRP has by far been my favorite. As the Director of Harm Reduction and Prevention my number one priority is always that our sisters are doing well physically and mentally. The amount of love and support our sisterhood gives to one another will forever be one of the most memorable things in my college experience.

Hi everyone! My name is Carly, and I am an elementary education major and theatre arts minor. I have loved Phi Mu since I first joined in the spring of 2020, and I still feel passionate about the fraternity and my position because my sisters and I are consistently pushing one another to be the best versions of ourselves. I have met some of my best friends through Phi Mu, and I could not ask for a better sisterhood!

Hi everyone! My name is Alison, and I am a junior majoring in graphic design. I joined Phi Mu in the spring of 2021 and have held a few positions which included public relations and sisterhood! Sisterhood has given me the opportunity to build relationships among other sisters and create a safe atmosphere for sisters when needed. I have met so many wonderful sisters through Phi Mu who’ve encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and be the best version of myself.

Hey everyone! My name is Sarah and I am a junior Biology major and Kinesiology minor. I have been very passionate about Phi Mu since I joined in the spring of 2021 as I have always valued being a part of a sisterhood. Phi Mu has been a really great experience to open myself up to meeting others, help each other grow and succeed, and have many best friends that will last a lifetime. I am passionate about all of the positions I’ve had in Phi Mu, especially Panhellenic Delegate where I can help connect our chapter to other Greek life and organizations on campus!

Hi everyone, My name is Kalyska Smith and I am pursuing a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education to become a teacher. Since joining Phi Mu in Spring 2021 I have enjoyed our sisterhood and all the wonderful memories with my newfound sisters, that come along with it. I love how our bond pushes all of us to become the best version of ourselves and to achieve the impossible!
